Our mission is to provide effective human resource management by developing and implementing policies, programs and services that align with the University's values, strategy, and mission.  We provide leadership in shaping an equitable and inclusive culture that drives diversity and excellence by supporting talent, engagement, and the employee work experience.

The Office of Human Resources is aligned to deliver services through three functional groups as follows:
