MyTime
The MyTime program provides time and attendance management for staff. Powered by TCP TimeClock Plus, It handles hour reporting, clocking in and out, and filing leave requests. MyTime replaces the paper timesheets and leave reports used previously by staff, and formalizes the leave request process.

Dependent Eligibility Verification Program
Beginning July 5, 2023, Catholic University will be conducting a mandatory Dependent Eligibility Verification Program. Letters will be mailed to employees who are enrolled in CUA's health plan with enrolled dependents with next steps for the verification process. If you do not have any enrolled dependents in the health plans, you do not have to provide documentation for the verification program. Visit the program page for more information.

Parental Leave
The University's Parental Leave Policy provides eligible employees with up to 12 weeks of paid leave for a parent to care for their newborn child, newly adopted child, new foster child, or with a child newly placed in their legal custody.

The Office of Human Resources offers Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) programs for eligible employees. A flexible work arrangement may include flexibility associated with work locations and/or schedules. Each FWA program is a limited-term, renewable arrangement developed by the supervisor and employee that is formalized in writing.

International Employees, Students and Scholars
Catholic University uses the Sprintax TDS software for its international Employees, Students and Scholars to help make sure they are taxed correctly on payments made by the University. Foreign nationals receiving payments from the University should create a Sprintax TDS so that the University can make accurate withholdings from your pay.

403(b) Defined Contribution Plan Enhancements
The Catholic University of America is excited to introduce new enhancements to the University’s existing 403(b) Defined Contribution Plan. These changes are designed to help streamline the enrollment process (i.e how you sign up for TIAA) and the salary deferral election process (i.e. how you set the amount you want to contribute from each paycheck), as well as increase the options available for saving for retirement.
