2023 Benefits Open Enrollment is Now Open!!!
Open Enrollment for the 2023 calendar year is active from Monday, October 24th through Friday, November 4th.
This is your opportunity to review your current coverage, consider any changes in your life this past year or any anticipated changes on the horizon in 2023. Some important things to know:
- CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield will continue to serve as the administrator for our medical and prescription Rx drug coverage plans for 2023.
- There are no changes to Dental and Vision benefits for 2023:
- Dental coverage is still with MetLife
- Vision coverage is still with UHC Vision
- If you want to keep the same benefits coverage as 2022, re-enrollment is not necessary, except for Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
We’re showing our commitment to your well-being by offering meaningful and flexible benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial health. It’s up to you to choose what’s right for you and your family.
Log into our site employeebenefits.catholic.edu and make your elections by midnight on Friday, November 4th. As a reminder, please use your Cardinal Credentials to login. Once logged in, click on the "Start Here" button to begin the enrollment process.
For information about the benefits offered to you, please visit the “Reference Center” within the benefits site to review the 2023 Benefits Booklet and Summary of Benefits documents.
This year’s Open Enrollment period is a “passive enrollment.” That is, you will be auto-enrolled with your current benefits with the exception of the Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), if you do not make any changes during Open Enrollment. You do need to enroll if you will use FSA in 2023.
