COVID-19 testing to be covered; How to get early prescription refills

Costs for COVID-19 testing and treatment for participants in the University administered UnitedHealthcare plans, including copayments and deductibles, will be covered by the University. Testing must be provided at approved locations in accordance with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

UnitedHealthcare and OptumRx members needing help obtaining an early prescription refill can call the customer care number located on the back of their medical ID card for assistance, or work with their pharmacist who can assist in obtaining an override.
