    The process of reopening all on-campus operations is underway. The University needs all staff and faculty who are able to return to prepare to do so. CDC guidance suggests that individuals with higher risk factors (aka “vulnerable” individuals) should still stay at home if possible. Supervisors, for both staff and faculty, and employees should both discuss their needs in order to develop individualized approaches that address and balance the needs of all concerned.
