Dependent Eligibility Verification Program
Beginning July 5, 2023, Catholic University will be conducting a mandatory Dependent Eligibility Verification Program.
An important component of controlling healthcare costs is ensuring that our roster of eligible employees and dependents is accurate and up-to-date. This process will assist Catholic University in maintaining competitive and affordable healthcare coverage.
Who is Impacted by this Program?
Employees enrolled in the Catholic University health plans with enrolled dependents must participate in the Dependent Eligibility Verification Program.
If you do not have any enrolled dependents in the health plans, you do not have to provide documentation for the verification program.
Due Date for all Documents
August 15, 2023
Failure to Respond Will result in dependents being removed from all Catholic University benefit coverage.
